I believe they are up to 9.3m members now (after a month). The member growth in the past 24 hours (from their website) is enough to add 30% in the next 365 days (assuming today is an average day).

When I look at it:

The growth is great.
They claim to have previously had a $400m take-over offer.
Profit is near break-even.
$210m market cap is 12x REVENUE. Not cheap, but that should come down quickly enough.

I think I'll put in the minimum $2000 so I have motivation to keep track of it in the years to come, when revenue should be higher and the time when they start focusing on profit.
