If this CR had to do with the P3 drill...then I would have participated....expecting the share price to climb on the possibility of getting a flow.....
The options would have been converted....thus more funds for Ptr...
but to get cash in.....without any reference to the dec $5 million requirement is plain foolishness ...

Who would convert options at 3cents when the share price will be under 1cent shortly?
