Note article on WFE in the International Resource Journal (Oct-Nov 2013) where WFE chairman states "although discussions to date indicate that Fortescue should agree to accommodate Winmar on its rail infrastructure to Port Hedland, no formal agreement can be
made until the PFS is complete."

I understand BCI went through a similar process with FMG where they needed to complete feasibility, confirm economics and establish a timetable for FMG approval. IMO FMG are happy to deal with third parties but on FMG terms! But look at BCI now - absolute winner.
