Might want to check out the competition.
I know "odesk" for one and have used them a couple of times.
There are others.
With these types of businesses your only as good as the "freelancer" members along with website functionality.
The name is good, they seem to have good figures, might do ok, however very easy to duplicate and make better imo.
Odesk setup/look and feel for a user looks far superior in the functionality stakes, unsure how they match up in other areas.
Good luck, looks priced about right.
