TakeThat, how did they raise $300K? You mean they issued shares that ARUP offloaded via a broker to recoup money owed to them. So how was this organised? Through share dilution or company coffers? Please don't paint the picture that the company raised money or had the money handy.
Please correct me if any of my logic is wrong.
