    All the recent and past agreements are non-binding, that is why they always fall over.

    As soon as the interested party does their due diligence (nsp directors should learn what due diligence is!) and establishes the facts surrounding this company, the party pulls out AND we generally never hear from the company that it fell over.

    The Philippines deal is a good example and there have been a number of others.

    I am sure all shareholders are waiting with baited breath for something positive!
