Correction:
May need to correct my interpretation. The manipulators are not making an excuse to exit. On the contrary, they used the article to push the small fries to sell, then swoop in for more buys.
The price has been static close to -6%, then some interesting price movement upwards just now. I think it will rally further before close of today as big boys swoop in.
