GENERAL: WIA: Wellington International Airport Limited (WIA010) Maturity

Wellington International Airport Limited's (WIAL) bond (WIA010) will mature
on the scheduled maturity date of Friday 15 November 2013, with the principal
repayment and final interest payment being made on Friday 15 November 2013.
The principal repayment will be applied towards subscription for WIAL's new
bond offer for bond holders that have elected this in their application for
the new bonds, in accordance with the simplified disclosure prospectus issued
by WIAL on 10 October 2013.

The Principal Amount repayment will occur in accordance with written
instructions of the Holders appearing in the Register held by Computershare
on the record date, Monday, 5 November 2013.

The last day of trading in WIA010 bonds will be Thursday, 31 October 2013. A
trading halt will be implemented on Friday, 1 November 2013 to remain in
place until the maturity date.
