Richmond to pay THX court cost is a great full bonus for us holders, and the amount will be considerable. The case has been a big distraction for THX Directors and now they can get on a find us a mineable ore body.
Red Bore still has lots of potential the target is well known to be at depth the same as SFR,s deposits. You can understand THX not throwing any money at a drill hole a kilometre down when they knew they were going to have a fight with Richmond.
I await further news from THX what they plan to do with the prospect in the future. This may have to be very soon as they would have annual Mines Dept expenditure obligations.
In the mean time further drilling in the Kimberly is under way.
