well after reading all the resolutions for the upcoming AGM it seems clear to me that the board are getting ready to do a capital raising via the issue of an additional 75 million shares (25% of existing share capital) over the next 12 months.
not sure on what everyone's thoughts are on this... Freehold, Jochi, Dro... particulary interested in your take on this.
Big dilution of our current holdings, unless of course the new shares go directly to existing holders....
