Disagree ozgem. This has been the stumbling block on SC55 for ages now. Negotiations have dragged on for months to try to resolve it. If they knew they were close but word could leak out (this is the Philippines after all), nothing wrong with having a trading halt until they actually get it signed, sealed and delivered.
Not bothered by those exiting now in the slightest. Each to their own. Anyone who views this as a negative doesn't have their head screwed on right, in my view.
