re: Ann: ALGAE.TEC SIGNS WASTE TO ENERGY AGRE... I am not sure what information the incinerator company is privy to but I suspect none. conditions will be a mile long. " we believe" is hardly inspirational . Perhaps it should have said after months or open book due dillegence and comparative analysis by expert consultants ABC P/L we believe...... Who knows they may know it all and have done so?
This seems on the surface a very hollow deal, short of detail and very short sighted by AEB as they should if they have a process that works be hunting big game not doing tiddlywink deals with no up front or progress fees due or ..............
To do a deal ( I use that term loosely) that provide so little detail and produce a fluffy announcement does not inspire the market. If you believe it was at the behest of the German process rights owner i am guessing you are wrong as they would take up world rights to the correct process and instantly be involved in many more aspects rather than piss about and let some aussie outpost represent them. Their process needs something to capture emissions to enable new plants to continue to be approved and built in the future or continue to keep lic to operate.
If AEB have a process that works commercially in the real world at scale and is economical they don't need to partner with minnows and need to concentrate on getting the process and validation sorted and then will have a queue of suitors on their doorstep.
To make announcements and not update holders as to where they are at with the main part of their business is s disgrace .
