Exactly what are the preferred outcomes of these two individuals Gunns?

You are at the coal face and are therefore probably better equipped than any other SH, at least on this board, to address these questions, having presumably spoken to the key players.

This is a massive step up for BLR but it comes with a price, and that price is looking like ultimate control by Azarga (if all instruments are taken up).

Whats your take on it?
