279,733,043 ( not including the 6,376,811 to be issued to sino steel) as they may not be issued by the time this issue is done)


Anyone with enough foresight to see that in 2 years time it is likely that the S/P will be well north of $2.50. If that be the case then the options will be in the money and will be another money maker, even if it is only a $ or two. Works for me.
The Dividends may be reduced/diluted by 16%, but that's better than having no Dividend at all. If you take up the issue & options then I figure the dividend amount will be the same as before the issue.
If all else fails trade them !!!
