Details of Issue: An offer of up to $50 million direct, unsecured,
unsubordinated, fixed rate debt obligations of WIA, with the option to accept
up to an additional $25 million in oversubscriptions.
WIA is also offering holders of WIA010 bonds maturing on 15 November 2013 the
opportunity to use some or all of their redemption proceeds to subscribe for
the WIA020 bonds.
