I could be incorrect but I think you will find the difference between City and Regional Queensland fuels prices are less than say in NSW and VIC.
More of the money goes to reduce Regional prices than City this is why it appears that the full saving is not past on to City consumers.
Don’t quote me on that but I read it somewhere.
