Well after getting a little help from a friend it appears you are spot on kalenn... Well done!

Short interest WAS used to pushed below the previous low which is VERY interesting as these shorts are in the wrong spot.
Smart money buy on down bars right?
Therefore they sell (short) on up bars, right?

So why short a down bar at a new low?

If they were going to short, it should have been today at 7c, not days Ago at 6.8c and lower...

Still not a high number of shorts, but interesting nonetheless...
Could be one of two things here...
1. Amateur just found a broker that can short..
2. Mr X going for a kidney punch...
