    AJW: here are my worries
    1) crude oil price has come down below 100$/bbl. I hope it won't fall further down to 20$/bbl like what was 13 yrs ago
    2) US are turning on their shale and gas tape
    3) no sign of government cutting back the Diesel fuel rebate scheme.
    In brief: the risk is high, isn' it?
