They want to raise a max of $3m.
If only 200 s/h apply for the max allowable $15k there'll be no scale-back.
If 2,000 s/h apply for the max allowable $15k they get $1.5k (Each applicant will be treated equally and scaled back on a pro rata basis as per notice)
Anyone have any idea approx how many s/h, or how to find this?
