Speeding tickets a good outcome even if it is an "I know nothing" & reiterating what's already known, that's really just highlighting the disparage in relation to peers. The value PAB currently sits at completely ignores all that is already known - $4M+ CaB / awaiting completion and data of MM Phase II, SC1 out-licensing on Phase II, multiple discovery & pre-clinical candidates all for a grand total current value of $12M. It stands 5-10x cheaper than many of it's peers and in a better position on many fronts.

FWIW if it can close at $0.031 or better today and at its highe the chart will be cracker.
