Board hired the wrong guy, were married to their mistake and held on while the company slowly hemorrhaged.
History repeats itself with Perrott in the middle of the saga even prior to Broad' antics.
Speaking of which, the company is broke, however still pays Broad over 300k as a walking bonus.
Really another 312k to this guy?
I'm sure in most professions you are given a warning, then the door, not a bucket of cash.
