Can't really blame the little blighter's though -the old brigade who stick it out hopefully will benefit, just wishing I had more faith in the current Management -still a little bewildered at that aspect of the business- not the Science!

Holding on though, will re-evaluate dependant on the management shake-up and new team coming in -all seem a little too bureaucratic and white coated conservative to me in the operations IMHO!
