Just to clarify "to get a major on board" are we talking about investor or utility or ? any ideas.
I would suggest given the paralysis of existing utilities E.on/RWE and so on, due to decreasing value any analysis based on existing markets may be unwise particularly as we do not have a municipal generation model in association with utilities.
They already have alliances with Alliander and Stadtwerke so I just can't see the relevance of the comment. Not to mention the 75,000 target mentioned "IBZ spokesman Andreas Ballhausen outlined that, given a sliding scale funding program designed fuel cell systems have reached their competitiveness in 2020 and was then expected to a total of around 75,000 plants."
