    Two points

    1. For someone so factual there is a lot of guess work regarding cost for NTU.

    2. By your own guesswork you have stated the following and I quote:

    52.54 less 6.34 less 2.49 = 42.61 net after light REES removed.

    That's Peaks basket price

    Less 10.18 operating costs equals $32.43

    Your open pit margin is $ 34.60 and underground is $ 27. According to your own estimates. So your admitting that your net price for how much of the deposit is lower than peaks. What percentage of the mine is u/g???

    I wouldn't be surprised to see u/g costs higher and personally I think 12 per kilo for your open pit is on the light side considering the majority of open pit is going to become deeper and deeper to excavate quickly whereas Peak are digging into the side of a hill with low strip ratios.

    It might have higher grades with a higher basket price but it's costs are going to be a lot higher from what I can see.
