I can't see what choice they had but to accept the Novaquest money.
The way I look at it, a $40m market cap company with $50m of cash has just raised another $20m.
Yes, some upside has been given away in terms of future revenue, but the pot should still be big enough if Bronchitol gets approved in the US.
To use a medical word, there are the germs of a good story emerging here for new investors at the current share price.
