On the 24th of July the Company announced that Dr Esra Ogru had been dismissed and "The Company alleges five other persons, including one recently dismissed Phosphagenics employee, have been involved in the fraudulent activities."

Who was that employee? HotCopper went balistic. We wanted to know. We were bieng kept in the dark and treated with contempt.

Harry, thank you for NOT telling us. Thank you for waiting until after the Oxymorphone results were announced to the world and our science validated.

Had it been announced on the 24th July that the executive director AND the Senior Scientist had both been sacked
those in the "know" would have suggested that the whole show was a fraud, that the science was rubbish. I for one would have succumbed to the urge to get to hell out, probably at about one or two cents.

It is now plain to see why we were kept in the dark about the mystery employee until after the science was validated, then and only then, could we be told that it was Robert Gianello our senior scientist that was the other sacked employee.
