Every day that the incumbent directors remain in the chair, it is causing significant harm to our opportunities and progress. I am asking that you vote as soon as you can.

You all should have the resolutions now, I suggest you put a NO for resolutions 2,3,4,5,6.

We need to send the incumbent board a message very early on, that they are no longer required and this is not their personal play area.....

Also we need to ensure that the current board members are funding their own personal efforts for re-election and in that regard I do suggest on the 28th of Nov 2013, we ask the board what costs were incurred by the company in an aid for their re-election. I have a sneaking suspicion the costs are racking up on legal, com's, searches and the like so as a board member for re-election they have every right to do what they want with their own funds. Should they have used company funds for personal gain, then that is a new ball game and I would suggest the company should and would seek to re-coupe any of those funds.

But we have an opportunity right now, please get your votes in now......
