i did something new today

Today I did something that I have never done before, I voted against the remuneration report when I sent my voting back for the AGM.

I have, over the years, voted hundreds of times for the many companies I have owned however, I have never in the past voted against the directors remuneration for any company.

I suppose it just shows the depth of my feeling towards the way Sipa has been handled over the last few years. The casual way in which time is treated with no urgency. The way we are not given much news and Uganda, AAHHH Uganda, where it was pretty much a surprise to us when we learned of it.

I am tired of hearing about the fabulous management that Sipa have. I have been hearing it for over a decade.

Anyway, that's my guts spilled for another day. That is my own little protest.
