You realise that JCurve is just another NetSuite reseller. There are dozens of other NetSuite resellers across Australia.
The only advantage they seem to have is an exclusive market of a cut down version of NetSuite aimed towards companies of less then 20 employees.
They've been selling the product for 4 years and have yet to make a profit. What you're betting on is they can use the money pillaged from Stratatel to give themselves another kick start.
It'll be interesting to watch. This company has always been more hype then substance, I wonder if this is just another bandwagon they can use to milk shareholders further.
