If it was something along the lines of director/chairman/MD or CEO....this would not need a Trading Halt.....

Therefore it involves the whole board......

There days of distroying Share Holder Value is Gone...they cannot face the shareholders at the AGM and seek to go before this time.....

Another mistaken decision on there part....but this has been a part of there decision making in Error after Error....
