The more I think of it I expect that Brad Sampson is leaving (that is a nice term to use compared to what I would use, but could be considered to be defamatory) and will be replaced by Russell Luxford and that further appointments will be made directly following the AGM so that this does not cause problems in relation to appointment of casual directors.

With it will be the normal remuneration disclosures and I expect performance share information.

As a note, if it is Brad he will be entitled to 6 months payment of his fixed remuneration amounting to $374,000.

The question would be if Paul Frederiks is “leaving” as well, which he should because he is directly responsible for the financial management of the company and where it is at today. So he would be paid $165,000.

I expect the ASX advisors are reviewing the announcement prior to providing approval for its release to the market. As such I expect because of this review process they will not be releasing the announcement until Monday.

Will this be a positive for the share price? For this to happen IMO there needs to be more information regarding the certainty of the operations of the company to provide comfort to current and future shareholders.
