Actually, Fisho, I'm very optimistic re IFE/TRF; it's more a case of learning from experience that these authorities and pollies are incredibly slow to process anything, let alone mining approvals. I suppose it's their way of justifying their army of staff and their handsome salaries. Really, if the DAC has approved IFE's plans the minister should be willing and able to process the paperwork within a day of it coming under his nose, especially as his govt is supposed to be the plan's sponsor. As for a side bet, perhaps not. I'm still trying to get the shirt back I lost on the market in 2001. What had you in mind, though?
