If Jiangxi is planning a takeover I'm sure it will have to be at a significant premium to the current shareprice in order to be accepted by shareholders and the company. We all know how much this company will be worth. With Marianas alone, its worth significantly more than the current market cap, not to mention the world class exploration projects.
