You are right PafcU; the past is the past; have to try and forget about the possible breaches to the codes and corp laws. After all what are codes and laws for anyway they just seem to get in the way when it comes to the philosophy of large substantial shareholders. Yes you are right my interests and those of fellow existing shareholders in the same boat are not important.
