Every time these time type of media releases come out I just get that sinking feeling that this whole circus is going to end in tears for investors.

Whether they ever get enough evidence to prosecute the company or take this further remains to be seen but for me my biggest problem is I believe there is every chance some of these accusations could be certainly true.

I'm way over looking through rosé coloured glasses with this mob and having blind faith on anything they say.

For example, Smith alleges that the Company purposefully ran fake production at the Company's facility in order to lead visiting investors to believe that demand for the Company's products were high. Moreover, according to Smith, the Company purposefully suppressed internal reports demonstrating that the cost of developing the Company's syringes were higher than the price the Company was able to sell to customers

Just one of the alleged breaches from the legal notice, this companies modus operandi has always been imo creating a misleading perception of exactly where the business actually is at with regards to commercialisation and revenue, this has been going on for years and years as they continue to raise money , with investors expectations of where things are at being a million miles from the reality of the situation. And then the company flying certain shareholders over to the states to convince them of how wonderfull things are and how close the company is to greatness so they can spread the word in conjunction with the" calling a press conference in a couple of weeks to announce major contract " and hyper growth rubbish. And what are we now 6 mths on for what?

And people truly believe with this companies track record on misleading perceptions they wouldn't be guilty of anything they are accused off... Please give me a break, I know people want to think the best and protect what they have invested but really no one could truly be that gullible .

My thoughts to this company, meet your guidence you announced because I'm way over any other outcome. The longer this drags on the greater the stench and the more credible the accusations IMO.
