It wasn't so long ago that many thought CDU would not get any money, or if they did, not enough. Now the problem seems...too much. Too many prancing Goldilocks personalities around here.

ROH, I seriously doubt any of the Directors, especially the two Chinese ones, and certainly not Lambert, Taylor and Bamonte, (GFM -cj as my official spelling adviser please check the names) will have the pluck to be raising unusual off-the-wall proposals. These guys are along for the ride, and will provide focus on technical/financial issues relating to implementation or regulatory issues - certainly nothing whatsoever about the direction the Cudeco ship is travelling. A ship has one Captain, not a committee...everyone else is there to feed the captain advice and execute, and when asked, their opinion. Mr McCrae (yee-ha - got it right)isn't dumb so he will make sure everyone is warmed up long before its an official Board meeting.

I would not like to be in Lambert, Taylor or Bamonte shoes and say "Wayne, you are wrong". hahaha. yep that will work. And the chances of the Chinese saying anything other than what their masters elsewhere will be concerned about? Surely you jest right?

Its not a one man band, but I know who the orchestra leader is, who writes the music, who makes the arrangements, who organises the concert hall, who sells the tickets, who signs the TV deals, and who sits waiting to blow into a piece of wood.

Not complaining, but telling you how things are. I don't think its a good idea to wander around deluded. Will be much easier to diagnose what really went right or wrong if stuff happens. Until then, lay back enjoy and think of England....
