i'm not particularly concerned about the lack of mining experience of the board at"this" stage (there are a lot of companies with boards that have plenty of mining experience but are unable to raise cash when needed)

it really comes down to a board restructuring to have the needed skills at the right time of the company cycle to achieve the desired goals

if the board didn't get some members with mining experience when we are closer to actually constructing and running a mine then I agree with you that would be a potential concern
