Where is every other country on the planet post GFC?
Do you seriously believe that Rudd Swan and Gillard outsmarted the entire western world and had the only solution to dealing with the GFC.
Get real.
The last person to suggest this was severely put down by European leaders when she wrote to them telling them how well we handled the GFC. Even when doing so she acknowledged Australia's special circumstances, including its existing and continuing strong trading position, bipartisan agreement on economic reforms (left out the GST of course) and our stable financial institutions.
