    Hi goggy,

    So you are saying I am right, in that we will be paying ARL and WC, back our own money?

    Hope it will not be too much. Maybe 1c in the dollar, I will have to pay back.

    I did not think a unit could go NEGATIVE, but looks like I am wrong?
