    It may be the final offer but I don't plan on accepting and am keeping my fingers crossed that the 90% full takeover threshold is not achieved. Hopefully, enough other holders plan to do the same. As far as the Board and it's recommendation is concerned, I will keep my opinions to myself to ensure that I am not sued for libel.
