It feels to me like there is some clever media / PR strategy behind FLN already.

They seem to be using Business Spectator 'analysis / commentary' articles to provide an 'impartial' view of why this is such a great business... plus the 'leaks' to the media about closing early at an apparent 30% over subscription.

If it really was that heavily oversubscribed... they should have made an announcement... and potentially highlighted whether the owners are selling any more into the market... or whether they were cutting allocations.

OR... they could have closed the offer early. Which they haven't.

Slightly unprofessional behaviour... but given the state of the IPO market in recent years I guess they must be stunned that people are actually opening their cheque books.

I suspect the owner will sell out when his shares are valued between $500m to 1B.
