    Is Deserved for certain offences where guilt is admitted or overwhelming, undeniable proof, beyond a reasonable doubt and with all appeal processes considered. EG A man who rapes, murders/ mutilates children. Someone like the man who murdered Sian KINGI (BARRY WATTS)

    However not for druggies/dealers/mules.
