here is a idea

Okay guys I like you thoughts on this

1, we know that erm has to provide ego a copy of all of its votes 24 hours before the egm.

2 so ego directors will know except for votes on the day who has won the spill

3. Ego has an agm in the morning before the egm

4 what's to stop the current ego directors to resign and appoint there own freindly replacements?

5 that would mean that the erm egm is a non event as the resolutions to remove the current named directors is point less as they are no longer directors.

6 the spill doesn't happen.

7 then before egm can request another egm ego announce another right issue. Like what they did to Eddie smith!

8 I can't see much take up of the new issue except to ego friends and a huge rump.

9 looks to me that Kane might become one of the new directors.

So basically the erm spill fails!,
