Hi Could one of our expert panel give me a heads up on value of gas in the ground Vs wholesale price of NG.
Reading that wholesale price of NG in the USA for 2014 should be USD$3.93 per 1000 cubic feet, now that makes a million cubic feet = USD$4k approx. and that makes a TCF = 4 Billion Dollars Approx
These are prices at the wholesale level and I know the price in the ground is a mere fraction of this but even so a 10 + tcf find is still big business.
20/25% of this action would IMHO make a $150 mil valuation on NEN a faint memory.
