Reality for Newera is, they cannot do a share placement as no one in their right mind would invest in Newera considering the company's cash position? If they wanted to keep Shanagan how and where are they going to come up with the required $1,000,000? I have accepted my fate here and other holders IMO should do the same? Cheers, dapper
