I agree, the management should have taken it slow and set the goals using the smart principle to keep us as the majority shareholder.
I guess the rule is.
You cant teach a short sighted pig to eat a salad. You can however fire it.
They point at the woodside shell relationship to some how magic away the fact that they have let the shareholders down. The difference and the problem for the management is that we are dealing with a communist govt, wich has all kinds of intelligence resources.
Then we are dealing with iron ore and not energy - very different products.
I guess thats why the management are making excuses. Quite frankly I am sick of excuses.
I want to see management fired and admin costs reduced to make up for this farce.
