    What is this funding imminent??

    They are required to have a certain cash to debt ratio and with only $15m in cash at end of quarter I can not see how they would meet any ratios they have given their quarterly cash outflows.

    They look short cash to me, and have a deteriorating share price due to companies execution of their project. Not a good scenario.
