re: Ann: Chairman's Letter to Shareholder... As a non-holder Tinwin I am glad you will not have the opportunity to be voting for this absurd quasi takeover attempt by NHC. I am not saying the DTE Board have not made a few mistakes, but are they the best people placed now to take this company, absolutely!!!

Any suggestion that NHC will come in and progress the UK operations any better is absolutely ridiculous.

I appreciate your alternative point of view, however I personally believe you are very wrong.
