    RobertClarke,

I take exception to your comments

".It was impossible not to notice that the tables were set in the Princes hotel for the elite few, I'm sure you all had a great p*ss up, then management, experts, staff, workers, hell I don't know what to call them anymore, had a well earned 2 month ,or was it 3 months break?"

All the companies that I have attended the Agm of provide nibbles for their shareholders after the meetings!
It is not for an elite few, it is for all the shareholders to talk to the management, Directors and staff informally.
If you choose not to take advantage of that opportunity then that is your decision, but it is intellectually bereft to deride a legitimate opportunity to ask questions or to try to take some moral high ground by trying to cast some class distinction between shareholders. There has never been any attempt to deny any shareholder the opportunity to speak to NWE management at the AGM's that I have attended for any reason.
I personally took the advantage of speaking to Michael Fry, Director, for the first time and to meet and talk to David Kennedy, our largest shareholder and Director for the first time. It was only a short after meeting event and then I went and had lunch with Tui, another shareholder of NWE.

    Your disparaging comments are offensive.

I am unable to attend this years meeting due to work commitments but next year if I am able to attend I invite you to introduce yourself to me at the meeting and if you like I will introduce you to those I that I know.

    Sunny Coast,

I do not follow management blindly. Whilst my posts have been supportive over the last 2+ years, I do so after analysing their decisions, weighing up if there are any alternatives and evaluating from my own knowledge what is the best path to follow and taking into account our financial position.
Each time I have come up with the same path as the management has followed.
    I therefore post accordingly.
I too am seriously in the red.
I too would like the share price to be significantly higher.
But the path that NWE are following in my opinion is still the best and correct path for the long term benefit of the company.
Would it have been better if the packer had got to the top of the HCSS?
    In my opinion .... Yes.
    Was that possible .... No.
What else can you do but make the most of the situation and flow back as much fluid as you can and get the best results as you can from the situation you have.
Exactly what the management are doing.
Will they have to bring in another big expensive drill rig to drill out the packer and reset a new one lower .... I don't know .... I hope not.
The 2 3/8 pipe is production pipe, so if they can get the fluids out and the flow rate is commercial then we are one step closer to production in my opinion.

The comments by the rest of you about sending them a message, giving them a strike, are in my opinion misplaced and wrong.
These people are not shiny tails living a high life of your hard earned.
If you doubt my word, then invest a few of your hard earned and go to the AGM and take the time to meet the management, staff and directors and learn about their background, commitment, dedication and knowledge.
I did 3 or 4 years ago and I was impressed and have seen nothing to change my view to this point in time.
Don't be like robertclarke, stay and talk to your employees.
