The acquisition is conditional on sales and revenue targets being met

If they are not met the deal doesnt go ahead so where is the risk?

and if this new website is able to generate another few million in revenue for a cost of $100k how can that be bad

I think its a smart move by directors and looks like to me they are going after online traffic rather than actual profit from online sales
